I am going to give you some of the best home remedies for constipation in toddlers that I know. I have quite a bit of experience in this subject and I know quite a bit of remedy. I have three children of my own and have tried all of these remedies on them and they work quite well. In the past, I have taught many people about this subject so you should feel excited that I have the chance to teach you about this. Here are three simple remedies that you can start using today for constipation.

1.More Water

This is my ultimate favorite of the home remedies for constipation in toddlers. This works better than any other remedy because its the main cause of constipation. If your child is not drinking enough water you should really consider more. If your toddler is a picky child you can add a little bit of juice to the water to trick them into thinking they are drinking juice. I usually do this for my little ones.

You can also get yourself a water filter for your home if you do not already. Healthy and natural water that is filtered is much needed! You can look into a review site to find the best whole house water filter.

2. Prune Juice

Prunes are a proven remedy for constipation and have been working for many years. You need to make sure that you get one hundred percent organic raw prune juice. It will helps loosen the stools in your child’s intestines and it works quite well. You can also have your child eat raw prunes and it works just as well. I am in love with this remedy.

3.Diet Change

Most importantly you should change your child’s diet because of its probably the main cause of constipation. If your child is eating nothing but junk food and garbage, you know what the problem actually is. Change the diet and check in a couple days later. If anything this is the best remedy for prevention of constipation in toddlers.

Those are my top three home remedies for constipation in toddlers if you have any other questions you can ask me on my contact me page! Thanks for checking out the blog.
